Maximum occupancy: The holiday home accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. The number of guests included in the booking may not be exceeded.

No parties or events: Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted at the holiday home.

No pets: Pets are not permitted in the holiday home.

Non-smoking property: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the house.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the house or its contents during their stay. Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is damaged.

Quiet hours: Out of consideration for our neighbours, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
